Welcome HOA members!
Eventually, this website will be a useful resource of information for both owners and tenants. Hopefully, it will also serve to drive more business to the owners that are currently renting out their units to BYU students. While the website is being developed, it will be used to host online HOA voting. Online ballots will be considered official HOA records and will be taken very seriously. Any project that is approved by majority vote will not cause an increase in HOA dues. Approved projects will be initiated in a sensible order as funding and circumstances allow. Your vote is very important, so to vote!
